Record a meeting and XOBNI comes back with a summary and the cards that were discussed, ready to add to the board.
On a Mac, XOBNI records your microphone and the other side of the call. On an iPad, it records the microphone.
XOBNI transcribes the recording, then AI writes a summary and proposes cards for the board, each placed in the column it belongs in.
When a meeting is ready, a pop-up lists its proposed cards, all ticked. Add them at once, or untick the ones you don’t want.
Everyone who can see the board can read the meeting. The recording itself is never shared with anyone.
