A board is one project. Its columns are yours to name, and each card is one piece of work with everything about it in one place.
Name the columns the way your studio works — Brief, Design, Review, Done, or anything else. Every board has its own.
Begin with a blank board or a ready-made one: Brand identity, Website build, Video production or Social campaign. Save any board as a template and your studio can start from it too.
Each card has a short label printed on it, like B2 or C3. It is the same label you say out loud, and it stays with the card when it moves.
Notes, an assignee, a due date and an urgency, edited together beside the board.
Break a card into steps. The card shows how far along it is, like 2/5.
Set a card to repeat daily, on weekdays, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Finishing one creates the next.
Talk about a card on the card. Mention someone with @ and they get an email.
Show one person’s cards, cards that are overdue, due in the next 7 days or have no date, urgent cards, or cards containing a word.
Each board keeps a history of who added, moved, assigned and finished what.
Every change to the board — dragged, clicked or spoken — is one step of ⌘Z, and redo puts it back.
Paste a client brief, an email or your notes. AI suggests cards already placed in the right columns; tick the ones you want.
